Just remember to get resources so you can upgrade your gear. So there's a bit of variation there that permits grinding without the scaling getting the better of a player that liked to explorer and do everything. ![]() Obviously the difficulty chosen for the SP campaign has an effect too, normally it pushes the comfortable levels by around 5 to 10 more levels, depending on how comfortable you are with the combat in game. Usually enough for you to maximise enough skills for you to clear a room quickly, and your gear at that point is still viable to use Tier 2 versions and still work well without really needing to upgrade them again until much later. You get between 65 to 110 skill points to distribute between those levels. ![]() Typically, levels 16 to around 25 is really where the sweet spot is for the SP campaign. ![]() There's a degree in MEASP where grinding is useful and still viable, but beyond a certain point, you need to be able to keep up with the scaling too, and so if you level too fast and too much but forgo upgrading your gear as well (which takes resources and was made a critical part to keeping up with the scaling for SP), then it becomes more and more cumbersome during play as fights drag out needlessly (when you previously killed the last lot in a quick flash) because you don't have enough resources to stay at the leading edge of equipment for them to keep up with enemy health scaling.
